Dean Thomas Triggs, Partner

Mr. Triggs joined Sullivan & Triggs, LLP in 2006 as a founding partner. Previously, he was a partner with Bryan Cave LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance & Securities and Entrepreneurial, Technology & Commercial Practice client service groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, debt and equity financings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, intellectual property transactions, acting as outside general counsel to a number of private companies, as well as representation of a broad range of public and private corporate clients. Mr. Triggs previously served as clerk to the Hon. Armand Arabian, California Supreme Court, and has served on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Business and Corporations Section.
